An integral part of our consulting agency is The Teacher Training Center. Here, we select top-notch teachers to share their expertise and best practices in content specific learning sessions outside of the classroom.
Learning sessions vary between 60-90 minutes for $75 and $150 for our 3-hour intensive sessions. Teachers may pay for the learning sessions themselves or their school district may pay for them to attend. Teachers will receive professional development hours and certificates.
We offer a variety of learning sessions throughout the year at affordable rates so that every educator is able to receive quality professional learning opportunities that will enhance their teaching. Our shorter learning sessions cover a variety of topics from Classroom Management, Family Involvement, Related Arts and Technology. Our 3-hour learning sessions are intensive and more interactive, as they cover topics such as Bilingual Spanish Best Literacy Practices, Special Education, the Balanced Literacy Approach, English Learners and much more.
Our pool of experienced and highly qualified presenters affords us the opportunity to make sure that every facet of professional development is covered. SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER LEARNING SESSIONS​
9/14 Working with English Learners

This workshop is intended to help classroom teachers to use the ACCESS test scores to meet the needs of their EL students and guide differentiated instruction.

5:30-7:00 pm ($75)
Managing a classroom can seem like a daunting task. Successful classroom management involves planning and best practices. Learn how to structure your classroom and use resources for effective interventions.

9/28 The Balanced Literacy Approach
9:00 am-12:00 pm ($150)
Students struggling to read and write, lose their love of learning as it becomes a tedious task. Reach all students, by infusing your teaching with passion and active learning with a balanced literacy approach. In this engaging workshop, expect to collaboratively learn about all of the aspects of the balanced literacy approach as you develop mini lessons and activities that balance explicit language instruction with independent learning and language exploration.

10/16 ClassDojo
5:30-7:00 pm ($75)
Teachers will learn how to upload their students and discuss ways to optimize the use of ClassDojo for parent communication and classroom management.

10/26 Best Spanish Literacy Practices
Grades K-2
9:00 am-12:00 pm ($150)
In this session, participants will learn about best literacy practices and how to teach each component with resources for K-2 Bilingual Spanish Literacy, so that all students may meet with success and improve their reading levels.
