Mrs. Rosalie Pereda

RMP Educational Consulting, LLC was founded in 2017 by Mrs. Pereda with a single mission: to be the most successful, creative and ground-breaking educational consulting agency in New Jersey. We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes to develop customized, unique strategies to help teachers meet the needs of all learners.

Mrs. Pereda is a native Spanish speaker and has been teaching for 22 years in New Jersey.  She holds New Jersey certifications in Elementary Education (N-8), Spanish as a World Language, ESL (English as a Second Language), and Bilingual Education.  She has taught all grades from K-8, as well as adults, and is currently working on her Masters of Arts in School Leadership.

Mrs. Pereda is on the "front lines" of education every day and therefore extremely knowledgeable as to what students and teachers need to be successful and incite change.  She has worked on curriculum development, instructional coaching with fellow teachers, as well as presented several workshops at various conferences across the country.  Mrs. Pereda has invaluable experiences working with all students, but especially with bilingual students and English Learners.
